Design Studio 101: Introduction to Symon Design Studio (On Site)
Available in North America only, this is an eight hour course is offered “on site” at the customer’s location. This course is designed for end users who will manage daily broadcast content. Topics will include Symon Design Studio terminology, workflow, as well as basic and advanced message creation. By the end of training all attendees will be organizing, creating, and displaying the content they have created. This instruction is conducted on-site only, with a minimum eight hour charge plus travel & living expenses.
The on-site class is limited to maximum of five participants. Customers requiring additional students should contact their Symon Regional Sales Manager to provide a quote with additional hours and/or days to accommodate special needs.

Available in North America only, this is an eight hour course offered online via web-based desktop sharing one-on-one between the instructor and the student. This course is designed for end users who will manage daily broadcast content. Topics will include Symon Design Studio terminology, workflow, as well as basic and advanced message creation. Symon Server Administration 101 (On Site)
Available in North America only, this is a four hour course offered “on site” at the customer’s location. This course is designed for users who will administer the Symon system using Portal Administrator to configure data collectors, subscribe to new data and publish data for display. Users will be trained on the use of Composer to create new messages, set message thresholds, and define published variables, schedule messages, and program business logic. Users will also receive instruction on the use of Portal Data Viewer and Symon License Manager. This instruction can be paired with the course “Introduction to Desktop Applications and Content Display” which is also four hours in length and is offered on-site only, with a minimum eight hour charge plus travel and living expenses. The class is limited to maximum of five participants.

Symon Desktop Applications 101 (On Site)
Available in North America only, this is a four hour course offered “on site” at the customer’s location. Students will be instructed on the use of Composer for message publishing and on Symon Says for the creation of one shot/ad hoc and stored messages as well as learn how to schedule messages to appear on NetLite wallboards and DeskView virtual displays. Students will receive training on the configuration of the DeskView Virtual display application to auto-hide messages, and create pop-to-top messages, etc.
